At Spartronics, we are seeking a motivated Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, storing, issuing, and inventorying materials, and ensure accuracy and organization within the warehouse.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret work instructions, documentation, and safety requirements.
  • Must be U.S. persons within the definition of ITAR, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling role.
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory software systems.
  • Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials in accordance with company procedures.
  • Store materials in designated locations and maintain warehouse organization.
  • Pick and issue materials accurately to production or shipping areas.
  • Perform basic inventory transactions using warehouse management systems.
  • Support periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors promptly.
  • Perform other duties or support other areas as needed based on business requirements or production flow.
