As a Warehouse Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily receiving and warehouse operations. You’ll prepare shift documentation, coordinate assignments, maintain data accuracy across enterprise systems, and ensure all inbound materials meet regulatory, vendor, and quality requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, staying organized, and working collaboratively across departments.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-5 years of experience in handling order management or customer service.
  • Experience working with a Warehouse Management System.
  • Over 3 years of experience working in a distribution setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems.
  • Analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work effectively across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with powered industrial equipment (preferred).
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations by preparing documentation, coordinating workflow, and assisting with cross‑training and backup coverage.
  • Manage receiving activities including workload planning, responding to inquiries, running reports, maintaining KPIs, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance by validating vendor approvals, retrieving FDA/Customs releases, confirming product details, and completing quality/hold checks.
  • Coordinate inbound scheduling for domestic and international shipments, prioritizing critical loads and supporting LTL appointment planning.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems such as JDE, WMS (Swisslog), Trackwise, GSQ, and FCA Tracking while collaborating with other departments to solve operational issues.
