About The Position

This role involves supervising the operations of Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to ensure compliance with company standards. The position requires developing and enforcing quality assurance protocols, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement. The individual will oversee third-party warehouse activities, coordinate local deliveries and pickups, and conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews. Responsibilities also include recruiting and onboarding qualified DSPs, designing training programs to enhance service quality, and optimizing collection models and processes. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners, along with handling daily operations and emergency responses, are key aspects of this role. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and bilingual Mandarin proficiency are required. A minimum of 1 year of experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics is necessary. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
