About The Position

This role involves supervising Delivery Service Provider (DSP) operations to ensure compliance with company standards, developing and enforcing quality assurance protocols, and monitoring performance for continuous improvement. The position also oversees third-party warehouse activities, coordinates local deliveries and pickups, and conducts daily control meetings and performance reviews. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding qualified DSPs, designing training programs to enhance service quality, optimizing collection models and processes, coordinating with internal and external partners, and managing daily operations and emergency responses. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with bilingual Mandarin proficiency, and at least one year of experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential, along with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Bilingual Mandarin required
  • Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
