The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with bilingual Mandarin proficiency, and at least one year of experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential, along with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
