About The Position

SigmaCorps Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to execute the daily physical operations that keep the SigmaCorps warehouse — and the PM GBAD inventory it safeguards — running smoothly. Working under the Asset Manager, the Warehouse Specialist performs receiving, storage, issue, shipping, location control, and Care of Supplies in Storage activities for Organic Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft System Government Furnished Property. This is a physical, hands-on role in a facility operating under SigmaCorps' ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

Requirements

  • Two (2) or more years of experience in DoD or commercial warehouse operations, inventory management, or materiel handling.
  • Familiarity with property accountability processes and Key Supporting Documentation.
  • Experience using handheld scanners, barcode systems, or property management systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift / Materials Handling Equipment certification.
  • Must be able to stand, lift at least 50 lbs, and perform physical warehouse tasks for extended periods.
  • Licensed driver.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior PM GBAD, MARCORSYSCOM, or DoD logistics experience.
  • Existing forklift / Materials Handling Equipment certifications.
  • Experience with GCSS-MC or ELMS (DPAS).
  • Military/DoD background preferred; veteran strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily receiving, storage, and issue operations for Government Furnished Property in accordance with vendor manuals, purchase order job aides, and the SigmaCorps Property Management Plan.
  • Conduct cycle counts, location audits, and bin-level inventory verifications; update GCSS-MC and ELMS (DPAS) records as directed.
  • Prepare, package, and ship property and associated Key Supporting Documentation; process classified shipments in compliance with DoDI 5200.01 as required.
  • Maintain organized, accessible, and properly labeled storage areas — bin labels, shelf markings, and hazard identification.
  • Identify, segregate, and help resolve frustrated or unidentifiable material; escalate to the Asset Manager.
  • Support wall-to-wall physical inventories and audit readiness efforts.
  • Perform preservation, packing, and labeling to protect property condition in storage.
  • Participate in safety, quality, and process-improvement activities, including 5S inspections, materials handling equipment safety practices, personal protective equipment compliance, and spill-control readiness.
  • Support loading, transport, and inventory control for test, training, and site-delivery events.
