Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately at a quick pace
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves
- Experience in a warehouse, recycling, production, assembly, farming, or construction environment
Responsibilities
- Sort electronics (10–50 lbs.) and prep for shredding
- Remove batteries, ink, and other components as needed
- Pick out materials that don’t meet quality standards post-shred
- Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized
