Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience and/or training
• Experience using a forklift
• PC literate to include experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with SAP software
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Responsibilities

• Delegates and monitors work orders to ensure on-time shipments
• Acts as a liaison between staff and management including, but not limited to, relaying information to staff and reporting processes/incidents to management
• Ensures staff has necessary and up-to-date training
• Emphasizes quality over quantity when processing any inbound and outbound inventory by utilizing quality control checks
• Receives inventory into the Company systems in a timely manner to expedite the shipment of new materials received
