Requirements

• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in company ERP systems
• Proficient in receiving and warehouse management system software using barcodes and scanners
• Proficiency in electronic shipping software, such as OTM, LMS and ARIBA.
• In-depth knowledge of logistic documentation pertaining to shipping & receiving

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Experience in a Shipping/Receiving
• Experience in a WMS work environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operations of all shipping, receiving & warehouse equipment by all associates.
• Ensure the accuracy of received materials and packing slips from vendors which are processed timely and accurately to eliminate issues that prevent AP from processing payments.
• Ensure safe and accurate delivery of all materials received to designated areas.
• Use barcode identification and placement on all raw materials used in production.
• Maintain accuracy with shipment documentation.
• Be responsible for the accuracy of quantity and identity of parts being shipped.
