Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse shipping and receiving experience required
• Inventory control experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Great Plains required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to lift materials and remain active throughout the shift.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily shipping and receiving operations.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage, shortages, or defects.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organized stock locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Update inventory information using Microsoft Excel and Great Plains.
• Maintain accurate labels, inventory locations, and warehouse storage areas.
• Work with warehouse team members and vendors to support efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company procedures and inventory-control processes.
