About The Position

We are Liberty Glove & Safety, a leading industrial safety manufacturer and distributor for over 30 years. Headquartered in City of Industry, California and is experiencing growth and is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated candidate to contribute to the business.

Requirements

• Familiar with ERP systems
• Prior experience with UPS World Ship and Fedex Ship Manager
• Strong computer skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail oriented
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated and works well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assisting in freight rate comparisons for each order
• Use company ERP system to create shipments
• Preparing shipping documents for warehouse
• Calling carriers to arrange pick up for daily shipments
• Process shipments through UPS World Ship and Fedex Ship Manager
