About The Position
Balanced Body is hiring a Shipping Clerk to be the operational backbone of the shipping department. This role involves coordinating domestic and international shipments, handling export documentation, and collaborating with customers and the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse facility
- Must be able to lift, push, pull 50-75 lbs.
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Able to prioritize tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Shows willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of shipping documents
- Knowledge of FedEx shipment processing
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day shipping operations with precision and consistency
- Prepare and process domestic and international export documentation
- Communicate proactively with customers, peers, and the sales team
- Maintain high accuracy and strong organizational standards throughout
- Follow all established safety protocols
- Take on additional duties as the team needs
- Clean and organize warehouse, equipment, and items in stock
- Pull materials against orders, then assemble and pack them for delivery
- Maintain and document equipment, security, and safety information
- Review incoming and outgoing shipments and update stock records to ensure availability of items
