About The Position

This position is responsible for processing all shipping labels for customer orders, entering information into our ERP system, Acumatica, and handling all special shipping instructions. In addition, assisting with conducting the pulling, verification, and packaging of items in inventory as specified on a picking ticket for customer orders. This position assists in loading the merchandise into the FedEx and UPS trucks. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing incoming product per FIFO requirements into inventory from the Receiving and Production departments.

Requirements

  • 2+ picking and shipping experience
  • Inventory experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multitask.
  • Be able to lift 40 lbs.+ regularly.
  • Ability to use time productively.
  • Identify and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient with ERP systems and MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Printing Shipping labels for customers’ orders
  • Data Entry in Acumatica
  • Handling pro forma orders/COC’s/Special Shipping Instructions
  • Pulling product off the shelf per the picking ticket
  • Verification and packaging
  • Filling out warehouse documentation (i.e., picking ticket) legibly and neatly
  • Create the shipping entries in the ERP system.
  • Receive incoming products into inventory from Receiving department via a PO.
  • Receive incoming products into inventory from Production department via a MO.
  • Follow FIFO procedure.
  • Assist during inventory counts.
  • Assist in loading FedEx and UPS trucks.
  • Assist in organizing the product in the warehouse per FIFO requirements.
  • Forklift certified/experience
  • Attendance and Timeliness
