About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Shipping Associate to join the Operations team. This part-time role is dedicated to Saturday weekend operations, with the posting listing Saturday hours as 8:00 AM–1:00 PM in the employment details and 9:00 AM–1:00 PM in the summary and required skills. The primary focus is picking, packing, and shipping retail orders efficiently so customers receive products without delay. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and trustworthy and can manage weekend fulfillment accurately with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Excellent attendance and punctuality, particularly for the scheduled weekend hours.
• Ability to identify discrepancies in part numbers, quantities, and shipping labels.
• Integrity and reliability to work efficiently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and consistently lift up to 50 lbs. throughout a 4-hour shift.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with ShipWorks shipping software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system.
• Previous experience in a retail eCommerce warehouse or fulfillment center environment.
• Experience operating basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship retail orders efficiently to minimize customer wait times.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and restock shelves as needed.
• Handle inventory with integrity and care.
