Requirements

  • Clean MVR
  • Ability to drive in a company vehicle
  • Forklift Certification preferred

  • Ability to stand, walk, squat, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
  • Regular lifting and maneuvering of up to 50 lbs, including overhead

Responsibilities

  • Move, stack, and load overhead garage doors, hardware, and related products for shipment
  • Use forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, racking, and hands-on loading techniques
  • Ensure all products are correct, secure, and damage-free before shipment
  • Follow safe lifting, loading, and operating procedures
  • Keep the dock and warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily shipping deadlines
  • Pull and push product carts from the warehouse floor to the dock
  • Hand-load verified doors and products into trailers and trucks
  • Lift, stack, and pack doors, track, hardware, and openers
  • Secure loads using foam, load bars, or poles
  • Read and understand letters and numbers to verify product
  • Learn proper loading techniques and safety standards
  • Spot and position trailers scheduled for daily loading
  • Direct team members on staging and loading by route
  • Understand load size, quantity, and trailer capacity
  • Ensure loads are properly secured and balanced
  • Operate forklifts (certification required)
  • Support quality, safety, and dock organization
