Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or similar environments
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to team success
• Enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing things right
• Must provide truthful and complete information regarding eligibility to work in the U.S. and any current or future need for employment sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with glass handling or window and door products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Gather and stage products accurately based on delivery routes
• Verify order accuracy and ensure loads are complete and properly sequenced
• Secure products for transport to prevent damage
• Work as part of a coordinated, high-energy team to keep operations moving
• Stock and organize warehouse inventory for efficient loading
• Locate missing items and resolve discrepancies
• Follow all safety procedures and support the Injury Prevention Program
• Represent Milgard's values through teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude
