About The Position

The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for executing the safe, accurate, and timely movement of product within the Distribution Centre, supporting receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities. This role performs assigned tasks in accordance with established work instructions, safety standards, and operational priorities, contributing to efficient warehouse flow and reliable execution.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks safely and accurately
Strong work ethic and reliability in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to safety, quality, and standard work
Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment and processes (training provided)
Ability to learn WMS/RF system operations
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (or willingness to be trained)
Ability to work in warehouse and yard conditions, including outdoor environments

Previous warehouse or labour experience preferred but not required

Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas to support efficient operations.
Perform assigned warehouse tasks, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities.
Safely operate material handling equipment in accordance with procedures and safety standards.
Report safety concerns, operational issues, or errors to support continuous improvement.
Execute work accurately and efficiently to support service levels and inventory accuracy.
Follow direction from Supervisors and adhere to standard work instructions.
