Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent
Commitment to safety, food safety, and regulatory standards (CFIA/HACCP/SGS)
Basic computer skills, numeracy, and strong attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 kg, working at heights, and working in dusty and noisy environments

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience in a grain facility, mill, or manufacturing environment
Forklift and skid steer experience
Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Responsibilities

Manage the receiving and shipping of ingredients and finished feeds in accordance with company standards.
Set order priorities.
Maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure quality, safety, and food safety standards are met.
Operate forklifts.
Maintain housekeeping standards.
Support continuous improvement.
