About The Position
This role is responsible for fulfilling customers' orders, cutting films, order picking & packing. The essential functions include understanding how to read a sales order request, understanding measurements, operating a cutting machine, cutting and packaging films, operating a pallet jack and cherry picker, understanding product lines that can be C.O.P (Change of Product), understanding the repackaging process according to label details and box details, utilizing Eazy Label software/printing labels, operating a Pack Size machine, operating a Hydraulic Press machine to precut boxes, understanding how to use banding equipment, stapling (kicking) boxes, cleaning and maintaining the work area, and operating within standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be a US citizen or have a work visa
- High accuracy in reading sales orders
- Capability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills
