About The Position

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting products throughout the warehouse using various equipment such as single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts. You will also utilize VoCollect, RF Scan-guns, or read manual tickets to fulfill orders. This position requires a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic, who is self-motivated and capable of working with limited supervision. Flexibility in work schedule is necessary due to changing operational needs. The role involves accurate data entry and administrative tasks, as well as the ability to sit or stand for periods in both office and warehouse environments, which have concrete flooring and changing temperatures. You will also be expected to walk throughout the warehouse during your shift.

Requirements

• Need 1 year EPJ/ selection experience
• 2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
• Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
• Walking throughout warehouse during shift

Responsibilities

• Selecting products throughout the warehouse leveraging warehouse equipment that may include single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts or forklifts and other duties as assigned by site leadership
• Use of VoCollect, RF Scan-guns or reading manual tickets
