Select cases and other food and non-food containers from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems to fill customer orders. Place items on pallets and move completed orders to the loading dock staging area using an electric pallet jack or forklift. Wrap and label orders and prepare them for shipment while following safety regulations, meeting quality standards, and maintaining efficient product flow. Work as a team member and perform other duties as assigned. Follow company work methods and safety procedures, keep the work area safe, and immediately report unsafe conditions or acts. Review the work schedule, obtain supplies, prepare for operations, inspect the pallet jack or forklift and safety devices, and wear required personal protective equipment and safety gear. Meet location and company productivity and accuracy standards. Place pallets on the pallet jack, travel assigned multi-level racks, locate products according to order sheets, and manually load stock from pick slots and racks. Use single or double pallets as directed. Transport completed orders to the shipping dock staging area and shrink-wrap pallets when required. Replace or recharge equipment batteries, complete vehicle inspection checklists, secure equipment at shift end, and complete required paperwork. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with a 12:00 p.m. Sunday start and 3:00 p.m. Monday-through-Thursday starts. Shifts end when daily work is completed, so end times may vary based on volume. The advertised pay is $23.50–$25.50 per hour, including a $1 shift differential and up to a $2 freezer/cooler differential, plus incentive pay. The position is full-time, with Day 1 benefits and eligibility for quarterly safety bonuses and merit increases.
