About The Position

Capstone is seeking motivated Warehouse Selectors to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting products throughout the warehouse using various equipment such as single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts. You will also utilize VoCollect, RF Scan-guns, or read manual tickets to complete tasks. This position requires a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs. Accurate data entry and administrative task handling are also part of the role. The work environment includes standing or sitting for periods in both office and warehouse settings, with concrete flooring and varying temperatures. You will be expected to walk throughout the warehouse during your shift.

Requirements

6 months+ experience with ride-on electric pallet jack
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
Ability to provide accurate entry of data
Ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
Walking throughout warehouse during shift

Responsibilities

Selecting products throughout the warehouse leveraging warehouse equipment that may include single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts or forklifts
