About The Position

Capstone is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Warehouse Selector. This role involves selecting products throughout the warehouse using various equipment such as single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts. You will also be responsible for using VoCollect, RF Scan-guns, or reading manual tickets, and performing other duties as assigned by site leadership. The ideal candidate is an independent decision-maker, flexible with their schedule, and capable of accurate data entry and administrative tasks. The work environment includes sitting or standing for periods in both office and warehouse settings, with concrete flooring and changing temperatures, and requires walking throughout the warehouse during the shift.

Requirements

2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
Ability to provide accurate entry of data
Ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
Walking throughout warehouse during shift

Responsibilities
