About The Position
GlacierPoint Enterprises is Growing and Hiring Warehouse Workers for our new state-of-the-art warehouse in Hauppauge, NY. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting launch, set the standard, and grow with a company that values hard work and teamwork. GlacierPoint Enterprises is a leader in the ice cream distribution industry, primarily delivering ice cream, but also delivering frozen food, beverages, and a variety of other products to a host of customers on the East Coast. As a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) organization, we deliver products from our supplier/distributor directly to a retail store, thereby bypassing a retailer’s distribution center.
Requirements
- Extreme cold – freezer environment!
- Ability to lift and move inventory (2-50 lbs.)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read and understand safety instructions, company policies, and training materials provided in English.
- Comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written) with supervisors and team members to complete daily tasks.
- Reliability – show up ready to work with a strong work ethic
- Energy and enthusiasm, ready to do your best everyday
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to commute to Hauppauge, NY

Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer needs by pulling orders, stocking and loading product.
- Keep warehouse operations moving by organizing products
- Help launch our brand-new facility – your input matters
- Operate equipment safely (training provided if needed)
- Make sure our products get where they need to go, fresh and on time
