About The Position

Gordon Food Service is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Selector for their Distribution Center in Springfield, Ohio. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $20.90 per hour, with opportunities for two pay raises in the first year and increased earnings based on speed and efficiency. The work schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off, and a start time of 6:50 am. The role involves 10-hour shifts, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in freezer conditions. No prior experience is required as training is provided. Selectors can earn an average of 13.36% above their base hourly rate, plus overtime.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
