About The Position

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Sanitation Associate to maintain a clean and debris-free work environment. This role involves learning sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working independently or in teams with minimal supervision. The associate will have direct contact with customer staff and delivery personnel, requiring a positive and friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include maintaining assigned areas to ensure consistent workflow and meet customer expectations. A key requirement is comfort working in freezer temperatures (20 degrees Fahrenheit).

Requirements

Must be comfortable working in freezer temperatures (20 degree work environment)
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
Handling of pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
