About The Position

The Warehouse Sale Associate supports the successful execution of the MacKenzie-Childs Warehouse Sale by providing exceptional customer service while maintaining an organized, well-stocked, and efficient shopping environment. Associates perform a variety of duties including assisting customers, restocking merchandise, bagging purchases, supporting dock operations, and maintaining the overall appearance and safety of the sale floor. This position is a temporary position during the dates of our Warehouse Sale.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during Warehouse Sale events.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to assist in a variety of Warehouse Sale operations.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, depending on assigned duties and weather conditions.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy while handling confidential or sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the Warehouse Sale by answering questions, directing shoppers, and providing a positive shopping experience.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability and maintain organized displays.
• Bag customer purchases carefully and efficiently while assisting at checkout as needed.
• Assist with dock operations, including unloading merchandise, staging product, and transporting inventory to designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by collecting empty boxes, disposing of packing materials, and keeping aisles clear of hazards.
