About The Position

Warehouse Roof Loaders help customers at construction job sites by unloading materials from trucks to rooftops. They help ensure orders are accurate and assist warehouse team members with receiving inventory, pulling and staging orders, serving customers, and properly loading trucks. This is a very physical position that involves repeatedly loading and unloading shingle bundles weighing 80–100 pounds, climbing ladders, and accessing rooftops. The company emphasizes safety through equipment maintenance and training requirements. Advancement opportunities may include learning to drive larger trucks and obtaining a Class A CDL through the Corporate Training program, for team members with an excellent driving record and a proven aptitude for hard work and service.

Requirements

• Great customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 120 pounds.
• Comfort with climbing ladders and working on rooftops.
• Ability to pass a drug test, including marijuana screening.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• An excellent driving record and a proven aptitude for hard work and service may qualify warehouse team members for Corporate Training to learn to drive larger trucks and obtain a Class A CDL.
