About The Position

Rank + Rally is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate. This person will be responsible for coordinating and receiving incoming shipments, organizing stock, and preparing products for merchandising. This includes counting and sorting merchandise, maintaining inventory flow in the warehouse, and daily warehouse organization.

Requirements

• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently to complete work assignments, as well as within a team when necessary
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Must be able to lift, move, push, pull items weighing up to 50lbs and be able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time
• Daytime availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments in a timely and accurate manner
• Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
• Verify packages according to packing lists and invoices
• Sort merchandise and prepare for the sales floor (unpackaging, hanging apparel, pricing)
• Organize overstock merchandise in home locations in the warehouse
• Communicate with Warehouse Supervisor on variances, defective items, and other issues
• Pick store orders and merchandise requests as necessary
• Perform monthly cycle counts and physical inventories
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor/Operations Manager
