About The Position

A Warehouse Representative II assists with all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and inventory to order fulfillment and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION.

Requirements

2+ years of experience and at least 18 years old
Always maintain a professional appearance while interacting with customers
Ensure overall facility cleanliness
Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment (forklift training will be offered on the job)
Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 pounds
Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software
Experience using handheld scanners, mobile devices, or RF equipment for inventory and order fulfillment
Ability to accurately enter and maintain data in digital systems and follow electronic documentation processes
Comfort using digital communication and collaboration tools (such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms)
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency and workflow

Nice To Haves

Experienced in agriculture
Have a valid commercial driver’s license

Responsibilities

Receive and ship inventory items.
Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork.
Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness.
Utilize scales and measures to accurately fill containers.
Pull customer orders correctly for on time delivery.
Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
