Warehouse Receiving/Shipping Clerk

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team in South Salt Lake. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and helping keep products, materials, and shipments moving accurately and efficiently through the operation.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a warehouse environment
- Basic math and documentation skills
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Nice To Haves
- Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience
- Forklift experience or willingness to become forklift certified
- Experience with shipping documents, bills of lading, or inventory systems
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
- Prepare and package outbound shipments accurately for postal, freight, or commercial carriers
- Sort, count, label, stock, and log incoming and outgoing inventory
- Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly
- Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
- Assist with internal delivery of materials and warehouse organization
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts, and related tools as authorized
- Support a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
