About The Position

Join the team at Iowa 80 in our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled distribution center. We're looking for dependable team members who value quality, work well with others, and want a long-term career with a stable company. Experience with receiving in a warehouse or similar setting is needed. This is an on-site position. A background check and pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana) are required. Iowa 80 Group does not sponsor work visas.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in receiving
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work
• A problem solver who asks questions instead of making assumptions
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Forklift or scanner experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks
• Perform inventory counts and data entry
• Operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Work safely while supporting your team
• Identify issues, ask questions, and help improve processes
