Warehouse Receiving Associate

About The Position
Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Receiver in Kentwood, Michigan. The Receiver inspects incoming products for damage and ensures blocks and tiers are correct and accurately counted. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., or until the daily work is completed. The role works with the receiving team and related departments.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2 years of warehouse experience.
- 1 year of receiving experience.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Cherry Picker experience.
- Stand-Up/Sit-Down Forklift experience.
- Electric Pallet Jack experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive shipments, unload trucks, and scan products into the system.
- Handle necessary paperwork upon receipt of shipments.
- Inspect shipment contents for damage and verify volume.
- Put away products.
- Assist with pulling orders.
- Assist with inventory.
- Collaborate and communicate with the receiving team and related departments.
