About The Position

Charlie’s Produce is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to assist with unloading and receiving product, breaking down product, stocking items by hand or with material handling equipment, and preparing and completing receiving paperwork. This is a safety-sensitive role in a warehouse where forklifts and powered jack equipment move quickly. The position works a swing shift with split days off and requires working in a refrigerated environment of 35–45 degrees.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment of 35–45 degrees.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading and receiving product.
• Break down product and stock items by hand or with material handling equipment.
• Prepare and complete receiving paperwork.
• Use sensory capabilities to avoid accidents in a warehouse with fast-moving forklifts and powered jack equipment.
