Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, shipping, or material-handling experience preferred.
Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
ServiceTitan and/or Ply experience is a plus but not required.
Experience working with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, construction, or building materials is preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure deliveries are placed in the designated receiving area upon arrival.
Compare delivered materials against packing slips to verify quantities and accuracy.
Release received deliveries to the warehouse team for put-away.
Maintain accurate digital records of incoming materials and equipment.
Identify and manage missing or partially received purchase orders.
Move received materials to the appropriate shelves, bins, cages, and warehouse locations.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient receiving and storage area.
Locate and stage materials needed for upcoming HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical jobs.
