About The Position

E.S. Fox Limited Nuclear Services Division is seeking a Warehouse Receiver for their Bowmanville, ON office. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for safely loading and unloading materials, operating company vehicles for deliveries between facilities and project sites, and performing warehousing, receiving, shipping, material handling, and preservation duties.

Requirements

• G Class Driver’s License for the Province of Ontario, Canada.
• Fork Lift Truck Qualification for the Province of Ontario, Canada.
• Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).
• Works well with people and in team environments.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of Microsoft 365 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming materials from various suppliers’ vehicles with appropriate equipment (i.e. Fork Lift, Pump Truck, 2 Wheel Dolly, etc.).
• Inspect materials for general condition and quantity.
• Locate Purchase Orders and associated Job Numbers.
• Apply Quarantine stickers to each item and relocate material to receiving area.
• Enter Purchase Order number into Log Control Book.
• Issue Purchase Order materials to QC Inspectors for receipt from the Warehouse Manager.
• Remove accepted materials from receiving area and relocate to appropriate shelves for temporary storage.
• Enter storage location on Purchase Order and submit documentation package to the Warehouse Manager.
• Prepare daily shipments for delivery to sites as per Packing Slips issued by the Warehouse Manager.
• Prepare and assist other deliveries as required, including returns, Purolator etc.
• Continually monitor warehouse for organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Make deliveries to sites when required.
• Other applicable duties as assigned.
