About The Position

Ferraro Foods is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Reach Operator to help keep inventory organized and accessible. The role supports customers across the food industry by ensuring product is in the right place at the right time. The operator puts away incoming product, replenishes pick slots, maintains organized aisles, follows FIFO inventory rotation, and uses RF scanners to track and move product accurately. The job is performed in a multi-temperature warehouse, including refrigerated and freezer areas, using reach trucks and warehouse systems. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to finish, and pay is $20 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to operate or learn to operate a reach truck and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull product weighing up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfort working in multi-temperature environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay on task.

Responsibilities

• Put away incoming product in the correct warehouse locations using a reach truck.
• Replenish pick slots so selectors have product ready.
• Keep aisles organized so product is easy to find and pick.
• Follow FIFO rotation to keep inventory fresh.
• Use RF scanners to track and move product accurately.
• Help keep the warehouse running smoothly throughout the shift.
