About The Position
The Warehouse Quality Inspector plays an important role in our Distribution Center by ensuring products meet visual and handling standards before they are shipped to customers. This is a hands-on, entry-level role ideal for individuals with warehouse, production, or light manufacturing experience who are detail-oriented and reliable. No formal quality background required — training is provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Ability to learn inspection processes, tools, and documentation systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on the consistent basis
- Produce accurate and quality work at a rapid and steady pace
Nice To Haves
- Prior warehouse, production, or inspection experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and tests of inbound and outbound products in an effective manner
- Complete daily quality checks during receiving, shipping and production activities
- Ensure quality specifications are met for all products and procedures
