About The Position

The Warehouse Quality Associate is responsible for the check-in validation of all incoming loads to the Warehouse. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of inbound and outbound inventory, visually inspecting incoming vehicles, maintaining required documentation, entering inventory data, and maintaining bin integrity in mass storage.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Prior experience in warehouse, inventory or auditing preferred.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Basic computer application and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for inbound and outbound inventory matches.
• Ensures each load for accuracy at check in.
• Visually inspects all incoming vehicles by entering each truck.
• Maintains all required documentation for record management.

• Maintains bin integrity in mass storage.
