About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team in a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, delivery driving, and property maintenance. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment while managing a variety of responsibilities.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift 70–100 pounds.
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience operating property maintenance equipment and tools is a plus.
• HVAC and/or electrical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Operate forklifts and lift gates safely and efficiently.
• Load delivery trucks and transport materials to job sites.
• Receive supplier deliveries, verify orders, label products, and store materials in the warehouse.
• Prepare and stage materials for daily installer use.
• Perform property maintenance, including mowing, weed trimming, and snow removal.
• Assist with general building maintenance, including painting, light carpentry, electrical work, and other facility repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
