About The Position
LG Resources is now hiring Warehouse Production Workers in Lindon, UT for one of our valued steel manufacturing clients! If you're dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you. Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM Pay: $18.23/hour Earn an additional $1.00/hour with perfect attendance.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Steel-toed boots are required.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet for 8-hour shifts.
- Comfortable working around loud machinery in an industrial environment.
- All candidates must complete a timed mechanical aptitude assessment at the company's Lindon facility as part of the hiring process.
- Candidates must earn a score of 80% or higher to be considered for the position.
Responsibilities
- Measure materials and stack steel.
- Operate production line machinery.
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts (training provided as applicable).
- Assist with machine setup and monitor equipment during production.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Move and organize materials throughout the facility.
- Bind steel bundles for shipment.
- Clean up steel scraps and maintain a clean work area.
- Learn basic equipment maintenance.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
