We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Production Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, production support, and automated equipment areas within our electrical assembly environment. This role is ideal for a strong frontline leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and keeping daily operations running safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or electrical assembly environment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, cycle counting, kitting, staging, or production support activities.
• Working knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, material flow, ERP/MRP transactions, production scheduling, standard work, and root-cause problem solving.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system, including warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and production transactions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to assign work, coach performance, build accountability, communicate clearly, and resolve issues effectively.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, continuous improvement, and team development.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, production schedules, inventory reports, technical drawings, diagrams, and equipment operating procedures.
• Willingness and ability to obtain or maintain forklift or material handling equipment certification/training as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools.

Nice To Haves

• 5 or more years of progressive experience in warehouse, materials, production, electrical assembly, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Exposure to electrical assembly, wire processing, CNC equipment, printing/engraving equipment, or automated/semi-automated production equipment preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory control, and production support activities to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time execution.
• Supervise CNC, wire-processing, printing/engraving, and other automated or semi-automated equipment areas used to support electrical assembly operations.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign daily work to meet production schedules, customer commitments, and material availability requirements.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, 5S, standard work, inventory accuracy, quality, and schedule attainment.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as safety, quality, inventory accuracy, throughput, labor efficiency, and shipping/receiving performance.
• Lead cycle count execution and drive root-cause corrective actions to improve inventory control and material flow.
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Planning, and Maintenance to resolve material, equipment, process, and quality issues.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while supporting onboarding, timekeeping, attendance, performance management, and daily communication.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that reduce waste, improve workflow, and strengthen operational discipline.
