About The Position

Depot Connect International (DCI) is a global provider of Tank/ISO Tank Container Services and Tank Trailer Parts. The company combines Quala, Boasso Global, and PSC, and is headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with more than 160 locations worldwide and over 3,500 employees. The Warehouse/Production Manager contributes recommendations and follows policies to achieve warehouse and production objectives. The role also recruits, selects, trains, and coaches employees. It manages production across two lines of business—poly totes and Nalco kegs/base tanks—and oversees quality-control technicians, receiving, and delivery transportation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual.

Strong desire to learn and apply learned knowledge.
Strong listening, reading, and verbal skills.
Self-motivated team player.
Excellent data-entry and data-processing skills.
Proficient in creating schedules and reports.

Nice To Haves

2–4 years of warehouse or production experience.

Responsibilities

Comply with all safety and building codes.
Manage production for poly totes and Nalco kegs/base tanks and meet KPIs.
Manage quality-control technicians and production, and meet KPIs.
Oversee receiving and delivery transportation.
Create shipping documents required for compliance.
Provide strong customer service to the customer base.
Recruit, select, train, and coach employees.
Contribute recommendations and follow policies to achieve warehouse and production objectives.
