Operating out of Seattle, WA, the company is seeking a Production Associate for its Nature World production team. Charlie's Produce is a growing, privately owned wholesale produce company and the largest on the West Coast. Requirements

• Basic math skills and ability to adjust and read weight scales
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment

• Able to occasionally lift up to 50lb cases
• Must be able to stand for long lengths of time
• The ability to stop production if they feel there is a safety hazard
• Ability to safely work with and around nuts

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with supervisor to discuss daily duties, location, area, and aisle assignments.
• Maintain warehouse stock as requested by shipping and the warehouse inventory management program.
• Pick and receive product as needed.
• Check the quality of product going into stock and ensure it is safely placed into inventory.
• Assist with the operation of the production line(s) for individual snack food items, including dehydrated fruit, produce, nuts, and other snack foods.
• Operate and maintain the label machine, including refilling labels, making adjustments to rails and head heights, and performing label corrections.
• Train new employees on GMP's, sanitation duties, mixing, production duties, and labeling.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
