About The Position
Join WSI now and receive a $1500 Sign On Bonus! This role involves working safely in an industrial environment, using various tools to complete tasks related to cleaning equipment, and operating material handling equipment like conveyor belts for receiving, storing, and shipping materials. Responsibilities include performing inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantity and check for damage, as well as conducting physical inventories. The position requires the ability to work overtime and on scheduled days off with little notice. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to understand, read and write basic English
- Must be able to perform basic math calculations: Addition, Subtraction and Multiplication
- Must be able to read and understand the English alphabet
- Must be able to coordinate a series of activities simultaneously
- Must show willingness and ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Must be observant, detailed and safety oriented
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 55 lbs. throughout the day
- Must be able to understand and adhere to all safety requirements
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Solid work history
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Pass post offer drug screen/physical

Responsibilities
- Work safely in an industrial environment
- Use hand, pneumatic and electrical tools to complete tasks related to cleaning equipment
- Operate material handling equipment, including conveyor belts to receive, store, and ship material
- Perform receiving and shipping inspections to determine quantity, check for damage, and ensure documentation is available
- Perform physical material inventories to establish, maintain, and document receipt, shipment, and control
- Work overtime, and on scheduled days off, with little or no advance notice
- Other duties as assigned
