We are hiring an entry-level Warehouse Associate / Powder Coating Prep Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves preparing metal parts, assisting with powder coating, and performing general warehouse and material handling tasks. No experience is required – paid training will be provided.
Requirements
- No experience required (training provided)
- Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work on a team and follow instructions
- Comfortable with hands-on work
Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean metal parts for production
- Hang parts on racks for the powder coating line
- Inspect parts for defects and surface quality
- Assist with the powder coating process to ensure consistent finish
- Perform quality control checks before and after coating
- Support material handling and production flow
- Help with color changes and powder loading
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse/production area
- Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed
