About The Position

The Warehouse Planner is accountable for serving as the pivotal point of warehouse operations regarding communication. The Warehouse Planner will maintain clear and accurate records of incoming communications and initiations of orders; and initiate the order process; or research, clarify or supply order information as needed, to resolve order issues that may arise. About You: Know, understand, and incorporate the Incora philosophy, value and vision in all business behavior, practice and decisions Maintain up to date knowledge of Incora customer requirements, products, and distribution methods and timing Maintain positive working-relationships with all inter-working departments and personnel Provide excellent customer service with the intention of building and maintaining customer relationships through fast and accurate processing of requests from internal and external customers Respond promptly, professionally, and with appropriate detail to customer inquiries pertaining to order information/status, product availability, and/or the plan of action as approved by management to support customer requirements and on time delivery throughout the day Prioritize orders based on urgency of product needed, specifications, and shipping and delivery requirements Ensure initial order information, changes, and updates are communicated to all respective parties to ensure smooth processing and on-time delivery Investigate and attempt to resolve customer issues in alignment with established company policies, procedures, and work instructions Clearly document, organize, and maintain records of incoming sales orders, and follow up communications for query, as needed Ensure that all reports and required forms are submitted correctly and in a timely manner to internal and external customers Ensure optimal performance of planning and expediting teams within the warehouse by recommending and implementing actions to improve productivity, increase effectiveness, and reduce costs Attend regularly scheduled or impromptu department or company-sponsored meetings and training, as required More About You: High School Diploma or GED is required Experience Minimum of 2 years previous experience in warehousing, supply chain, distribution, order processing, and/ or shipping is required. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for serving as the pivotal point of warehouse operations regarding communication
