About The Position

Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world, and we’ve designed the system with the capacity, flexibility, and performance to serve a wide range of customers, from individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines. The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $32.00/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • 1+ years in supply chain, operations, warehousing, inventory control or related experience
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, able to navigate and interpret data

Responsibilities

  • Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually complete warehouse tasks and movement of parts
  • Verify all materials are packaged/bagged and tagged for hand off to the production floor
  • Document system issues, process flaws and inefficiencies
  • Communicate with quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems
  • Assist in managing shortages for clear to kit availability and floor stock replenishment
  • Continuous improvement to streamline and improve results of stock availability
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Exhibit a constant passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Prepare and provide data driven reviews to management
  • Willing to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, depending on business needs
