Warehouse Picking Associate
About The Position
Every journey starts with making sure the right products are in the right place at the right time. As a Warehouse Picking Associate, you'll help turn our neighbors' orders into journeys by accurately selecting and staging the products they've chosen. Your speed, accuracy, and attention to detail help keep orders moving through our warehouse and play an important role in creating the experience our neighbors expect from etrailer. Every pick matters. Through teamwork, technology, and a commitment to continuous improvement, you'll help make sure the right products keep moving toward our neighbors accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Use tablets and scanners to locate and accurately pick products throughout our warehouse.
- Verify products and quantities to make sure each pick is accurate before moving the order forward.
- Learn to safely operate powered stock chasers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Stage and organize picked products so orders can continue efficiently through the fulfillment process.
- Stay active throughout your shift while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Work alongside teammates to improve accuracy, efficiency, and the overall picking process.
- Take pride in your work, support your teammates, and have some fun along the way.
