Since launching over two decades ago, we have established multiple sales channels including our DTC websites and third-party marketplaces. We’re passionate about creating an inspiring and engaging shopping experience for our customers, bringing their home décor dreams to life with stunning, on-trend pieces. We are seeking a new member to add to our Warehouse team. Our 500,000-square-foot newly renovated warehouse is located in Marion, South Carolina. Are you ready to be a part of something amazing? Warehouse Picker Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for selecting and preparing products for shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the fulfillment process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders using scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify picked items for quality, quantity, and damage before shipment.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and walkie riders (where certified and applicable).
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
