About The Position

We are seeking 15 reliable Warehouse Pickers to join our team in Coppell, TX. The Warehouse Picker is responsible for receiving, stocking, managing inventory, pulling orders, and shipping customer-owned materials, including executing systematic transactions in customer-specific management systems. This position will transition to a new location in Fort Worth, TX later this year.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related warehouse experience required.
• Knowledge of storage/handling techniques, safety regulations, and WMS operations.
• Must successfully pass a 7-year background check and a 10-panel drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of related warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, select, stock, inventory, and ship supplies, merchandise, and equipment.
• Load and unload items, including specialized handling and shipping of serialized electronics.
• Operate electric order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts safely and efficiently.
• Perform cycle counts, adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and manage LTL shipping paperwork (BOLs) using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
